Representatives from the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA) paid a courtesy visit to their counterparts at the Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority (ECTDA) for a collaborative exchange. The purpose of the meeting was to gain insights into the organizational framework of the ECTDA, understand the procedures pertaining to the acquisition of building permits, identify the experts engaged in the process, and discuss the overall criteria necessary for the issuance of building permits within the jurisdiction of the ECTDA.
