Hon. Commissioner is the chief executive of the Authority and he is responsible for the execution of the day to day business of the Authority and matters relating to the Authority and matters relating to the Capital Territory.

Hon. Commissioner advises the governor on issues relating to the development of the capital territory.

FUNCTIONS

1. The Hon. Commissioner exercise general supervision and control over members of the Authority.

2. Direct the activities of members of the Authority.

3. Manage the Authority’s finance; and 4. Deploy the human and material resources of the Authority in such a manner as will best ensure the attainment of the aims and objective of this law.
