SPECIAL PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
 The management of Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority (ECTDA) has observed with dismay that in spite of the concerted effort made in the past to rid the Capital city of the menace of the dangerous practice of street trading, erection of illegal shops in unauthorized places, creation of illegal parks for both tricycle (popularly known as keke) and minibus operators, Park Avenue, including other parts of GRA and new market axis. To this end, the authority hereby directs all those concerned to dismantle the illegal parks, shops, bus stops, and all other unauthorized structures that block the right of way within the next seven days of this announcement. Note that failure to comply with this public service directive will leave the Authority with no further option than to bring down such structures in line with the provision of section 13 sub 1-4 of the Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority Law No 5 of 2009, with the culprits being made to bear the cost of removal.
